Muzzle brake vs flash hider rainbow six7/14/2023 ![]() ![]() Oh and I didn't mention this before but DMRs I typically run suppressor for quieter destruction, especially if secondary is good. From my understanding, compensator keeps the recoil and spread at a certain limit when spraying, while flash hider maintains first shot accuracy/burst recoil. But some characters like Glaz have other factors to take into account. But what's the difference 2 tQ ReCrack 7:24pm I can't recall correctly so if someone else can explain it accurately for me later on. TL DR I pay attention to the recoil pattern, dps, and muzzle flash and decide from there. 357 because it messes me up using a revolver with no recoil lol. It also makes quiet destruction possible, and when a muzzle brake is on his PMM you have a pistol with no recoil that does more damage and shoots faster than his primary lol. His sniper has such a unique sound that firing it once is an easy "ok its glaz" and so the suppressor is a good solution. On a gun like Glaz's sniper, it can make a possible 2hk into a consistent 3hk but to me its worth it for less flash, and getting rid of that sound. ![]() The 1.5x and lack of muzzle flash and lower sound means you can snipe with it. Being shot by a supressed gun can make it harder to determine where you're being hit from and if you potato with the P90 you NEED that time it takes them to figure it out. For example, P90, I always use suppressor bc the TTK is so bad you need headshots.
